Using System 18 Alloy or Vitallium Alloy, Imperius Dental Laboratory will fabricate any type of frame.  The process of fabrication is unique due to our finishing technique which involves the use of the DP -12. Conventional method employes the use of acids and intense labour to produce a beautiful finish.
Polishing Procedure for Cast Frames at Imperius uses the DP -12. The DP-12 has four removable barrels that contain both the products to be finished and media. Running at high speeds, ( 240 RPM) the media tumbles with the product to quickly and controllably remove rough edges and polish the products.



                                                   

The DP Series will help you to reduce plaque adhesion. The process not only provides superior finishing for less plaque adhesion, it also stress relieves the material.

The other benifits include slight rounding of the anterior portion of lingual aprons. This will give added comfort to your patients.
